"Out to lunch with Payton" was a bi-weekly food review column, by Payton Kifus for the Richmond Times-Dispatch and the Mechanicsville-Ashland Local. In this column series she visits local restaurants during her lunch break to interview restaurant owners, chefs and employees of the establishments, to give reviews on the food and atmosphere. These reviews also include background history of the owner and establishment, and how their business came to be.
